Awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for her services to swimming, Alison has continued to inspire the next generation of athletes through her passion, knowledge, and commitment to excellence. With decades of international experience, Gary has coached swimmers at every level—from grassroots to Olympians. His deep understanding of technique, training, and athlete development has made him a trusted mentor and leader within the swimming community.
